Ampion provides support services to renewable energy companies. When they approached Ora, their business was good but they were having trouble describing their core value. By defaulting to descriptions of their product features, they were inadvertently encouraging customers to cherry-pick services. This diminished the benefits their customers experienced and made it harder to sell complete solutions. Ampion turned to Ora for help clarifying their message and updating their brand presentation.

The Solution 

What’s in a name? A good one reflects the organization’s mission and personality. Derived from the word “champion,” the name Ampion conveys both the function of the company and their passion for the renewable energy market. 

The bolt graphic was carried through the identity system as a none-too-subtle reminder of the brand’s passion for renewable energy and as a framing device for key messages.
